Congratulations LGU - San Vicente Ilocos Sur , headed by Hon. Mayor Jonan Tabanda received FULLY COMPLIANT award in the 23rd Gawad Kalasag Seal and Special Awards for Excellence in Disaster Risk Reduction and Management and Humanitarian Assistance for the Local DRRM Councils and Office category.

Another award for LGU-San Vicente,  being recognized as an Anti-Drug Abuse Council Performance Awardee , through  the leadership of Mayor Jonan Tabanda and Vice Mayor Jose Tabanda III.
